Clubrooms Open Weekly
Our Clubroom are open on Friday evenings, complete with a bar and canteen facilities from 7:30pm onwards. Entry free for members (please remember to bring along your card!) and $5.00 for non-members. Open to all!
VIDEO RELAY SERVICE (VRS)
ADS Members are very welcome to make most use of NZ Relay's VRS at our office. We have two equipment (one X-Lite & one D-Link) available to Members free of charge during these times: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9am - 1pm. No appointment required. The Board of Management (BOM) meets on the first week of the month. The board is selected by ADS members at the Annual General Meeting which is usually held every year in April. The Board discusses issues for the benefit of the Deaf Society and its members. These meetings can be observed but a written request must be given to the chair one week prior to the meeting being held. 2010 – 11 members of the BOM are:

At Auckland Deaf Society, we pride ourselves on providing social, sporting and recreational activities for Deaf people: young and old. Some of our activities consist of:-
- Clubroom Evenings: Our Clubroom is open virtually every Friday. Come along and meet Deaf Aucklanders!
- Regular Social Gatherings organised by one of our multiple sporting and recreational groups:
- Annual Picnic: Every year during the Christmas holidays an annual picnic is organised with fun games and activities for the whole family:
- Christmas Dinner: Our Annual Christmas dinner is not to be missed!
